e-commerce

We have been working in e-commerce and channel marketing for over ten years.

We particularly specialise in WordPress and WooCommerce but are very familiar with other systems including Magento and Open Cart.

Our latest project combined moving an online store from Magento to WordPress and WooCommerce and integrating with Linnworks, connecting the site to three others, two of which we coded, and a central warehouse.

The main site was for Eyediology Opticians in London. We also built in a feature enabling visitors to specify glasses using their prescription and to choose lenses, coatings and tints as well as frames. We also built in a feature to enable visitors view the frames spinning 360 degrees.

We built an online store for their business located in Blackheath and also an online only site for ordering optical and medical supplies. We worked with the client’s branding agency and internal UX team.

Analytics, tracking and SEO

Key is gaining an ongoing understanding of the customer and being able to correlate their behaviours with desired business outcomes.

We use analytics tools including Google Tag Manager to track activity across the various touchpoints on websites and apps but also social media and advertising, using the data directly to build clear insights into customers and measure behaviours against agreed KPI’s (key performance indicators). Tools such as Facebook pixel work really well for insights across that platform but also deliver high levels of conversion optimisation. Use in conjunction with push notifications (via PWA’s) for great consumer promotions.

We use key SEO tools; Moz, SEMrush and Yoast for organic search, competitor research and as part of the drive for greater customer insight as part of a clear digital intelligence strategy.

We can also provide EPOS systems dependant upon your requirements or integrate with existing systems.

We have our own custom EPOS system based on popular open source technology which would suit smaller businesses. This integrates perfectly with WooCommerce and desktop accounting packages.
